For the purposes of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and Organic Act 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, POSTIGEL, with Vat Reg. No B46940524, (hereinafter POSTIGEL) hereby informs users that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing relationships with users, clients and potentials customers and providing information on commercial promotions and news.

SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Submitting personal data is mandatory for contact and receiving information on POSTIGEL products and services, but users must expressly subscribe to our newsletter if we must keep you regularly informed on all our products and news.

POSTIGEL shall, however, not be liable for possible damages that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system due to causes beyond POSTIGEL’s control; or delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the DPC (Data Processing Centre), in the Internet system in general or in other electronic systems, including damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate interference beyond POSTIGEL’s control.

We are obliged to collect express consent when:
We envisage a continued use of personal data for commercial purposes, using said contact information to send commercial information or information on our products and/or services.
